Ce projet a pour objectif la génération et la distribution automatiques d'un bulletin de veille hydro-météorologique au format PDF.

L'application
- produit un document PDF (8 pages) qui est publié quotidiennement via FTP et SMTP.
- est écrite en [http://php.net/ PHP 5] (~3700 lignes) et fonctionne indifféremment sous Linux et Windows.
- utilise les librairies PHP [http://php.net/manual/fr/book.curl.php cURL], [http://php.net/manual/fr/book.image.php GD2], [http://php.net/manual/en/book.mysqli.php mysqli] et [http://www.fpdf.org/ FPDF] pour la génération du document PDF.
- accède aux ressources mises à disposition par [http://trac.crealp.ch/polhydro-rest/wiki/WikiStart MINERVE-rest] et [http://trac.crealp.ch/polhydro-db/wiki/WikiStart MINERVE-db].
