Le projet `RS MINERVE` (aka. Routing System MINERVE) a pour objectif le développement d'un outil de simulation hydrologique.

L'outil RS MINERVE
- est basé sur le travail de Jérôme Dubois, du bureau [http://www.hydrocosmos.ch/fr/outils HydroCosmos], qui a développé l'outil dans le Laboratoire de Constructions Hydrauliques ([http://lch.epfl.ch/ LCH]) de l'[http://www.epfl.ch EPFL].
- est développé conjointement par [http://www.hydrocosmos.ch/fr/outils HydroCosmos] et le [http://www.crealp.ch/ CREALP].
- est écrit en Visual Basic sous l'environnement [http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/fra Visual Studio Express 2012].
